Terms of Use

ManaDraw (manadraw.io) is a free browser party game operated by Gold Strategics, based in Florida, USA. By opening the site or joining a game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.
What ManaDraw is
ManaDraw lets a group of friends draw the same prompt at the same time, under silly "potion" curses that change how the drawing tools behave, then vote on the best drawing. There are no accounts, no passwords, and no payments. You pick a display name and a cartoon wizard avatar, share a 4-letter lobby code, and play.
Who can play
ManaDraw is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use a display name that identifies you. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the site.
Acceptable use
ManaDraw is meant to be fun for everyone in the lobby. When you play, you agree not to:
- draw or submit anything sexually explicit, or anything that sexualizes minors in any way
- draw or submit hateful content, including slurs, symbols of hate, or attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar traits
- choose a display name that is hateful, explicit, impersonates someone else, or is designed to slip past the word filter
- harass, threaten, or bully other players
- draw or submit content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark
- use bots, scripts, or other tools to automate play, flood lobbies, or cast votes you did not make
- attempt to break into the server, tamper with game state, scrape other players' drawings, or interfere with other lobbies
- use the game for advertising, spam, or any commercial purpose
The display name filter is a tool, not a guarantee. The fact that a name gets through the filter does not make it acceptable.
Lobby hosts and removal
The player who creates a lobby is the host. The host can start rounds and can remove a player from the lobby. Players who are removed may not rejoin that lobby by any means. We also reserve the right to end a game, block a lobby code, or block access from a network address if we become aware of abuse. Because the game has no accounts, these are the only enforcement tools available, and we use them at our discretion.
Your drawings
You keep any rights you have in the drawings you make. By submitting a drawing, you give ManaDraw permission to store it temporarily and show it to the other players in your lobby, which is the only thing the game does with it. Drawings and other game data are deleted automatically within about 6 hours of the game ending. We do not publish, sell, or reuse drawings.
You are responsible for what you draw and type. Other players in your lobby will see it. Do not submit anything you would not want them to see or screenshot.
The game is free and provided as-is
ManaDraw is offered for free, with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will be available at any particular time, that it will be free of bugs, or that game data will be preserved. The game may go offline, change, or shut down at any time without notice. If a game crashes mid-round, the fix is to start a new one.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gold Strategics disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gold Strategics and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ManaDraw, including lost data, lost time, or content submitted by other players. Because the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to zero dollars.
Other players' content
Drawings and names come from the players in your lobby, not from us. We do not review content before it appears. If someone in your lobby breaks these rules, the host can remove them, and you can email us at aaron@goldstrategics.com with the lobby code and approximate time.
Third-party services
The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts and is hosted on a US web host. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for details on what they receive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to that venue.
